The Express 37 is legendary for it’s built quality and performance and this is a fantastic opportunity to own one at a drastically discounted price. She has been in our inventory too long and has recently suffered from rain water getting into the cabin. We had the yard drill two holes in the bottom to drain the water and there is no real damage other than some delamination of the wood chart table surface. See pictures. With some elbow grease and a good clean, she’d be in decent shape. The sail inventory alone is worth more then double the price. We need to move her soon and are motivated to do so. We recently contracted the yard to plug the drain holes, clean the interior, replace the batteries and bilge pumps.
