Condition
At the time of inspection, NOLITA presented in excellent condition, with brightwork
well-maintained, upholstery free of significant wear, and machinery reported in reliable operating order. The Heritage teak decking showed only light weathering consistent with age. No evidence of structural deficiencies was observed.
