The previous owner spent over $230,000 in the last 24 months (with records, receipts, and a logbook to document the work) to restore and refit this 74’ Hatteras Motor Yacht with the plan to relocate her to the Bahamas and live aboard her as a secondary home. He completed about 85% of the Refit, stopped work once an opportunity arose to acquired a permanent house in the Bahamas. Now that all his efforts are focused on his new home, he generously donated HATT’S OFF to Block Island Maritime Funding. We’re excited to offer this unique opportunity for a yacht that can be personalized to suit your needs, at the fraction of the price, through our lease to own program.

She was hauled out in December of 2025 at Indinatown Marine Center in Florida and is well staged for the next owner to complete the refit. Please see the list of items still in need of completion at the end of this listing.
