Rampage Sport Fishing Yachts

1986 rampage express for sale. Great fishing yacht, cruiser. Fast and stable, with low engine hours.

This great looking Rampage is the perfect boat to get around the bay, go fishing, or even to get away for weekend. With her modified v hull she will take a sea well, and move along nicely.

Layout:

She has a large cockpit/ aft deck . Forward is the helm with all you need to get there, and nothing you don't. There is a chair for the captain and another for one more. Otherwise the deck is clean and clear of clutter. The canvas top keeps things cool, dry, and shady forward.

Below there is a rather large v berth with room for two people over six feet. There is a hideaway porta- pottie between the berths.

Below is dry and clean.

Hull/Decks:

  • Her Gelcoat is in great shape. There are a few minor scratches, but she polishes beautifully.
  • Her decks are also in great shape, as is her Spartan wood trim.

Engine:

  • Mercruiser 260 gas IO
  • Hp: 250
  • Hrs: 528
  • New outdrive in 05

Electrical:

She has a basic two battery system with her main switch forward. Batteries run the engine as well as electric, and electronics.

Electronics:

  • Fishfinder: raymarine ds600 s
  • GPS: Garmin color plotter 198c
  • Richie Poweramp 3" compass
  • Aiwa stereo with external speaker

Some extra equipment:

  • 2 automatic bilge pumps
  • Porta poddie
  • Fire extinguishers
  • Lines and fenders
  • Canvas cover ( getting on but still has a few seasons)
  • 6 rod holders
  • Cutting board on engine mount
  • Swim ladder
  • Anchor with rhode
  • Life jackets

Projects/Issues:

Shift handle need some work. It may as well be replaced. It works, but should be attended to sooner than later.

How does the charter/sale arrangement work?

Most boats can be purchased for their current appraised value or chartered on a long term basis (minimum three years) with an option to purchase. The purchase price of chartered vessels is usually established at the beginning of the lease and reflects the anticipated market value of the boat three years hence. If a charterer elects to exercise the option and purchase the vessel at the end of the charter, all charter payments are credited against the agreed upon purchase price. There are no interest charges or financing fees, etc. The charterer may also choose not to exercise his or her purchase option, in which case the security deposit will be returned.  Charter payments will be kept as charter hire. Broker commissions are generally paid in full at the commencement of the charter. For more information, please contact us by email or call us at (401) 842-0752.
