With her recent engines, this Sea Ray is a great cruising machine. She has ample room on deck to share the ride with family and friends on any given weekend. Her recent canvas top covers the whole cockpit and keeps everything shady and cool, as well as dry.

Below starting forward is a huge owner's cabin with a huge bed and loads of storage on either side.

Aft to starboard is the super functional galley complete with 3 burner electric Stove, microwave, refrigerator, oversized sink with Hot and cold water, built in cutting board, and loads of work space and storage.

Across from the galley is the settee with room for four. It folds out as well to make a double bunk. Aft of the settee is the bar. It has its own ice maker, as well as more work space, and lots of stowage.

The head has a stand up shower, sink, head plumbed to a holding tank, and plenty of locker space for the family to store all toiletries.

Projects/Issues:

  • The forward seat in the settee wants to stay partly open. The folding mechanism needs to be looked at.
  • Skylights on both port and starboard forward need new trim.
  • The cushions in the captains station, and the mates seat are getting a little tired.

How does the charter/sale arrangement work?

Most boats can be purchased for their current appraised value or chartered on a long term basis (minimum three years) with an option to purchase. The purchase price of chartered vessels is usually established at the beginning of the lease and reflects the anticipated market value of the boat three years hence. If a charterer elects to exercise the option and purchase the vessel at the end of the charter, all charter payments are credited against the agreed upon purchase price. There are no interest charges or financing fees, etc. The charterer may also choose not to exercise his or her purchase option, in which case the security deposit will be returned.  Charter payments will be kept as charter hire.
